Lewis Memorial Park, located at 399 S Koke Mill Rd, Springfield, IL, is a cherished community space that offers a variety of activities and amenities. Donated by Irene Lewis in 1984, the park spans over 40 acres, providing a beautiful prairie setting ideal for photography, nature walks, and various outdoor activities.
The park features scenic trails suitable for mountain biking, running, and hiking, with a 1.8-mile loop that showcases the area's natural beauty. It also connects to a segment of the Sangamon Valley Trail, which runs between Centennial Park and Stuart Park, offering extended exploration opportunities.
